The Newest Member of the Family

For Tate's cousin's birthday party, he got to go to Build-A-Bear. When we got there he quickly chose a black puppy that looked like the neighbors dog, Roscoe. However, this dog was really not in the price range. So, we encouraged him to pick the cheaper dog and call him Roscoe. Tate would have none of that. He ended up choosing a new Teddy Bear and naming him Roscoe. Tate had so much fun. He loved choosing a heart for his new bear and then giving it a kiss and putting it inside the bear. The best part was being able to sit at the "pugga, pugga," (for those unfamiliair with Tate Talk, that would be the computer) and give his bear a new name. Thanks Heidi for inviting Tate to Ashlyn's party. Now whenever we go anywhere we bring, Tate, B (his first bear) and now Roscoe. That night when Tate was getting ready for bed, he brought Roscoe into his room and showed him his bed where they would sleep and told him all about the rocking chair where they would sing songs before bed.
Putting a heart inside Roscoe.
Trying to wash Roscoe. Tate was very frustrated
because he had to share the washing table.
Life is tough when you are two.
Giving Roscoe a hug!
Naming Roscoe at the "Pugga, Pugga."
All set and ready to take Roscoe home.

I love Build-a-Bear! We always try to keep the girls distracted when we walk that way in the mall or else we'll be in there forever. Too cute!

I love build a bear. Down in Las Vegas they make you run out in the hall holding up your bear and scream "I love this bear!" three times or you have to name it and introduce it to three people. They have a whole bunch of crazy things they make you do. The one in Orem is less loud. What a fun way to get a new friend. Roscoe is a cute name.
