Around our house this year, Father's Day meant practicing our Yoga skills. Kraig's dad got a Wii and Wii fit for Father's Day. This of course provided a lot of good entertainment for the family. Kraig was the first to try out the new toys and started with his yoga skills. Tate was too cute trying to do it right along side of him. I love my boys.

The Rain Finally Stopped
This summer has been so crazy. I can't believe how much rain we have had. One Friday the rain finally stopped and the weather warmed up. So, of course he had to hit the beach, at least that is what Tate calls it. Everyone else calls it the Reservoir. We love to go and play in the sand and the water. It is a perfect place to spend an afternoon.
Pillow Fight
One night while I was folding laundry and we were just hanging out, Tate decided it was a good time for a pillow fight. He loves to play with his dad. The two of them started their pillow fight and soon enough they both ganged up on me and of course I had to join them. We had a fun time playing around and laughing. We love it when Kraig is home.
Tate dodging a pillow from him his dad.
Apparently he missed his dad and landed on his head instead.
Tate being tickled by mom after he attacked her with a pillow.
Laughing so hard. Tate has such a fun laugh. It makes us all laugh with him.
Jumping off the couch with his pillow in an attempt to get his dad.
Mom's Little Helper
A few weeks ago, I was picking up the house and making beds. I had just finished putting some clothes away when an excited Tate started yelling, "Mom, come and see what I did." I was a little worried at first, but then he brought me into my room to show me that he had made my bed for me. He even made sure to put the big red pillows on the bed. What a great helper!
Ready for a Nap
One afternoon I told Tate to go and get in his bed for a nap and I would be right in after I finished changing the laundry to read him some stories. When I went in this is how I found him...
He had gotten a bag of chips, a drink of water and his Scooby Doo book from the library. Naps don't get much better than that.
